Zayn Malik, 22, has told former fiancee Perrie Edwards, also 22, to move out of their London love nest now that they have split up, according to a shocking new report. However, because the Little Mix singer is away, it will reportedly be up to her parents to make the big move.
Zayn called an end to their engagement in July 2015, right before Perrie flew out to Los Angeles with her bandmates as they gear up for their U.S. tour. Perrie was “devastated” by the breakup, and now Zayn wants her to move out of his house.
“They no longer speak. Zayn’s adamant Perrie has to move her stuff out,” a source tells the Daily Mirror. “She’s in America, so her parents will probably have to do it while she’s away.” The source adds, “She moved in with him when they got together so he thinks she should go.”
Zayn bought the North London home in 2012, and Perrie moved in five months after they started dating. Perrie, who was dumped via text by Zayn, is beginning to come to terms with the breakup and has also been partying up a storm in Las Vegas as her band promotes their new single, “Black Magic.” “She’s realized she’s better off. She’s smiling again,” another source told the outlet. She even threw shade at her ex by revealing One Direction’s new song, “Drag Me Down,” is her favorite summer song!
Meanwhile, Louis Tomlinson’s ex, Eleanor Calder, 23, has been giving Perrie advice on handling a high-profile breakup. Perrie recently unfollowed and deleted all traces of Zayn on her social media, and Eleanor has told the singer she doesn’t need the former 1D star.
“Eleanor has been giving Perrie advice on how to best handle the situation with Zayn,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com. “And how to be in a place of power – don’t contact him no matter what, delete his pics so you’re not reminded of him, and unfollow him on social media so he knows you don’t need him.
