Zayn Malik, 23, has been right by girlfriend Gigi Hadid‘s, 21, side at Paris Fashion Week, and now he’s determined more than ever to protect her after Kim Kardashian, 35, was robbed at gunpoint. “Zayn is so relieved that he is with Gigi in Paris to protect her and be by her side,” a source tells. “What happened to Kim is unthinkable. Gigi has been to the No Address Hotel many times in the past for parties. Both Gigi and Zayn feel awful about what happened and are just grateful that Kim is now safe.”We are so happy to hear that Zayn wants to shield Gigi, and that he’s been SO supportive of her in Paris, both personally and professionally. In fact, Gigi’s security team reportedly has ALREADY been beefed up in the wake of Kim’s terrible ordeal. According to People, the model left her Giambattista Valli runway show with a heavy security team, adding that she “added two more bodyguards to her entourage.” Gigi, as we all know, faced off in a frightening incident of her own on Sept. 22, when a man grabbed her and picked her up outside of the Max Mara show in Milan, Italy. Even before her security could swoop in, she defended herself by fighting back, lashing out at the crazed fan. Fortunately, despite being badly shaken, Gigi was not hurt during the attack.
