SUN EUROPEAN BUY: Sun European Partners, the European affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, has acquired BTX Group from EQT Partners, a northern European private equity firm, for an undisclosed amount. BTX, based in Denmark, is a wholesaler of branded apparel whose retail doors number around 4,000. BTX targets the mature women in the value distribution channel. Its brands include Brandtex, Jensen Women, Signature, Imitz and Ciso. Sun European also owns Bonmarché, Jacques Vert Group and Scotch & Soda.
