Shania Twain, the country music superstar and legend is scheduled to be the next celebrity guest judge on American Idol this year. The beautiful country singer will join the American Idol judges Randy Jackson, Kara DioGuardi, and Simon Cowell on August 30 and 31 in Chicago. Shania is the latest female guest invited to the reality series to fill in the vacant spot left by Paula Abdul. She will be following the guest judge expertise of other Grammy winners, Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, and Mary J. Blige. Victoria Adams aka Posh Spice was the first to get the guest seat last week, helping the three regular judges to select a few hopefuls in Boston auditions. Mary J. Blige joined the relay by auditioning in Atlanta on August 16 and 17.
