Fans flocked around the star to take pictures as she strutted along the street to Italian restaurant La Scala where she was lunching with TV producer Carla DiBello, Rich Wilkerson and his wife DawnChere.
The reality star, who was taking a day off mummy duties, teamed the chic look with a chunky necklace, strappy heels and her favourite sunglasses.
Kim looked as flawless as ever with minimal make-up, while she opted to wear her dark hair scraped back into a neat low bun.
Kim’s stylish day out follows her recent trip to St Barts with the rest of her family.
