It’s not the first time that the heiress has received such a gesture from superbike racer Johnny Rock Page. Paris Hilton has received a marriage proposal fit for an heiress.
The reality star, who was recently the bridesmaid at her sister Nicky’s wedding, had the question popped to her over the skies of Los Angeles on Wednesday. However it appears that the stunt wasn’t from a romantic interest, but instead from superbike racer Johnny Rock Page.
According to TMZ, the racer is an ‘obsessed fan’ who has been trying to win Paris’ heart since he met her a few years back.
In fact Johnny has been known to pull similar stunts, as well as shower The Simple Life star with gifts, including a Cadillac.
In February, Johnny told the gossip website that he would continue to try and gain Paris’ attention. The hard-to-miss proposal will no doubt have turned the blonde’s head as it was flown through the sky.
One plane trailed a banner reading ‘Marry me Paris Whitney Hilton honoring Jesus Chris, 269’, while another featured ‘John Rock Page seeks suitable bride for purity’. The stunt at least didn’t go a miss by locals who flocked to Twitter to question what was going on.
One user wrote: "Who is John Bock & why is he having planes fly a marriage proposal to @ParisHilton over West Hollywood?"
Another added: "does anyone in Malibu or Santa Monica see the Paris Hilton proposal airplane banner ?! LOLLLLLLL."
Paris is fresh off performing a rocking DJ set at Amnesia nightclub in Ibiza. The 34-year-old, who has been building a reputation as a DJ, mixed it up when she played Wonderwall by Oasis.
Luckily it paid off for Paris as she had every reveller swaying to the track.
