Jenna Lyons is promoted from creative director to take the top title of Executive Creative Director at J. Crew.
The former Creative Director of the company, Tracy Gardner has resigned from the position after a successful period of two decades at J. Crew. Tracy Gardner is leaving the post only because she wants to spend more time with her children and family. When asked her reason she said, “This is nothing other than an important personal decision”.
Jenna Lyons will be enjoying the top most position in the company, but there will be other people to guide her through thick and thin and will share her duties. Such as Libby Wadle, who supervises factory outlets will also be named as Executive vice president of retail and factory and the senior vice president of men and women retail merchandizing, Charlie Phillips will act as senior vice president of factory’s men and women retail merchandizing.
