H&M has collaborated with one of the hottest labels in Europe, Lanvin.
According to market sources, the Swedish fast fashion giant will unveil a project with Lanvin and its creative director, Alber Elbaz in the upcoming week.
H&M launched a video on its website and on YouTube on Tuesday to build curiosity about its annual designer collaboration. The video features stereotypical fashion designers types: a man in skinny dark suit, women in an outlandish blouse and chunky jewelry.
The response was a bang! For by the mid day Tuesday H&M facebook page was all peppered with guesses posted by Web users.
However, the anticipation will end on September, 9, 2010 presumably when H&M will reveal details of its latest collaboration.
Other designers to have collaborated with H&M include Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons, Stella McCartney, Roberto Cavalli and Sonia Rykiel.
