The plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan left Heidi Montag ‘Devastated’ as his 1995 Jeep Wrangler went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway near Malibu and landed on its roof Monday afternoon causing his immediate death.
The 50 year old, Dr Frank Ryan was the most talented surgeon and made headlines for performing Montag’s multiple surgeries.
Ryan’s celebrity’s clientele also included musician Vince Neil, actor Lorenzo Lamas, reality stars, Lisa Gastineau and Arianne Curry and several models and beauty queens.
A candlelight vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Malibu’s Zuma Beach.
