PACO’S GUEST: Amélie Riech, a German fashion editor and designer who consults for numerous fashion brands, is the latest guest designer to be tapped by Paco Rabanne’s creative laboratory, Paco Lab, WWD has learned. Prior to her, Judy Blame held the role. Eleven unique jewelry pieces designed by Riech for the brand will be unveiled in late May.

The graphic, sculptural black and gold-themed creations play on Paco Rabanne codes, such as the line’s hand-crafted, articulated link bracelet made from laminated black glass and gold-plated metal or pieces that play on light, like one rectangular ring in layers of clear and laminated glass. The collection will be distributed exclusively in nine stores, including Dover Street Market in London, Jeffrey New York and 10 Corso Como in Milan.
