Vogue cover girl Adele moved Daniel Craig to tears with her theme tune for the new James Bond film Skyfall. "I cried," the actor revealed, recalling the first time that he heard the track. "From the opening bars, I knew immediately, then the voice kicked in and it was exactly what I’d wanted from the beginning. It just got better and better because it fitted the movie. In fact the more of the movie we made, the more it fitted it."
The song remained a closely guarded secret until it was unveiled at the beginning of October, and although it missed out on the number one spot in the UK music charts, it has received widespread acclaim. Skyfall, which sees Craig reprise the role of super-spy 007 for the third time, is released nationwide on Friday, October 26.
